ABOUT RADHA MOHAN SINGH

Indian politician who is known for his affiliation with the BJP party and for having served as the Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, India. He is also known for having represented the Purvi Champaran constituency in Bihar state.

As a youth, he was active in RSS Swayamsevak. He started his political career in 1989 when he was first elected as a Member of Parliament for Motihari.

He is also known for having served as a Chairperson and on the Standing Committee on Railways.

He married Shanti Devi and together they had a son and a daughter.

He was preceded by Sharad Pawar as Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare.
