BET Hip Hop Award winner in the category of Best Collabo for the remix of "Touch It." She is also a BET Award and MTV Video Music Award-nominated rapper, model and actress who was a longtime member of the Flipmode Squad, led by Busta Rhymes .

She studied electrical engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. She learned to rap by listening and studying the music of KRS-One , Rakim , and Kool G Rap of the Juice Crew.

She has worked with hip hops groups called Twice the Flavor and Outsidaz and released a debut solo album called Dirty Harriet in 2000. She starred in the 2001 film Thirteen Ghosts.

She was born Rashia Fisher in Newark, New Jersey. She has a daughter named Sativa Lee.

She, Beyonce and Joy Bryant all appeared in MTV's Carmen: A Hip Hopera.
