ABOUT RAY SANTILLI

Best known for his 1995 black-and-white hoax film depicting a purportedly real alien autopsy, this film and music producer and entrepreneur also founded the AMP Entertainment company and produced records by such artists as Boy George , Slipknot, and Slade.

In the mid-1980s, he established a record label called Music Broadcasting Services, Ltd. that held the United Kingdom rights to audio from Walt Disney productions.

He created a company called The Merlin Group that re-recorded popular singles, featuring performances by the songs' original vocalists.

He was born in London, England, to a family of Italian heritage.

He was portrayed by Declan Donnelly in a 2006 Warner Brothers comedy film based on his "alien autopsy" photos.
