Accredited dietitian and nutritionist and member of the Dietitians Association of Australia who is also known as Nourish Naturally on Instagram where she earned 320,000 followers.

She graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours I) degree.

She became a qualified MEND Go4Fun Healthy Kids program leader. She worked throughout New South Wales with The Royal Flying Doctor Service as "The Flying Dietitian."

She is from Sydney Australia. She married Laurent Stewart in November of 2013.

She and Nyssa Bovenkamp are both Australian nutritionists.
