ABOUT RESHAD STRIK

Bosnian-Australian actor and filmmaker who has starred in projects around the globe including Fruit Chan 's psychological thriller Don't Look Up, Wes Craven 's 20th Century Fox horror film The Hills Have Eyes 2, and the Australian film Newcastle which debuted at the 2008 Tribeca Film Festival. In addition to the United States and Australia, he has also played a prominent role in the film and television industries of countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey.

He graduated from the Australian Academy of Dramatic Art in 2004. He launched his professional career after being scouted for an ensemble lead role by casting directors for the hit series headLand.

He has also made a name for himself as a filmmaker and documentarian. Some of his projects have included short films like Dragon Ball Futon, You Can Get It Anywhere, and Ludwig von Sarajevo.

In 2010, he and Sabina Pitić married in his father's hometown of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. They later divorced in 2022 and he married actress Gamze Ozcelik in 2024. He is a father to three children.

He co-starred with Nora Zehetner and Matthew Lillard in the independent film Spooner in 2009. He also appeared opposite Beau Bridges and Ernie Hudson in the vimeo sensation Stasis in 2010.
