Indian health and nutrition Instagram influencer known for his efforts to promote clean eating and food literacy on his @foodpharmer Instagram account, where he shares content to educate the public on the importance of reading food labels and making informed dietary choices.

He moved to the United States to attend the NYU Stern School of Business. He then earned an MBA from The Wharton School. He began working at Nomura Holdings in New York as a Corporate Program Analyst and later joined McKinsey & Company. He decided to return to India to address the country's packaged food crisis. He authored Selfienomics: A Seriously Funny Guide to Living the Good Life in 2017. He began posting clean eating and nutrition content on his Instagram account in February 2021.

He was featured in Forbes India magazine in October of 2024, where he was ranked 15th on the Top 100 Digital Stars list. He initiated the Label Padhega India movement. He creates content in both Hindi and English. He has been a speaker at various TEDx events where he has shared his insights on nutrition and health literacy.

He was born and raised in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He got married in January 2022. His father is a businessman.
