Defensive midfielder who rejoined the Houston Dynamo in 2012, after two seasons with Eintracht Frankfurt.
He played for the Furman Paladins before making his professional debut with the MetroStars in 2003.
He earned his first MLS Best XI honor with the Houston Dynamo in 2006.
He and his sister Richonne were raised in Atlanta, Georgia.
He was teammates with Landon Donovan on the U.S. national team from 2005 to 2012.
