ABOUT RICHARD PETER SNELL
Cricket icon and athlete who played in five Test matches and represented South Africa in One Day Internationals. He became famous for forming bowling partnerships with teammates. In the year 1998, he retired from first class cricket.
He started playing cricket when he was in elementary school. He studied physiotherapy at the University of Johannesburg.
After finishing college, he played for Gauteng (formerly Transvaal) cricket squad. After retiring from cricket, he worked as a physiotherapist. When it comes to batting, he is right-handed. For bowling, he is right-arm fast-medium.
He joined his family's cleaning business, Reno Industrial Africa.
He and Kagiso Rabada both played cricket forĀ Gauteng (formerly Transvaal).
