ABOUT RICK MARTIN
Former NHL winger best known for his time with the Buffalo Sabres. He played in 7 consecutive NHL All Star Games from 1972 to 1978.
He was drafted 5th overall by the Buffalo Sabres in 1971.
He scored 52 goals in back-to-back seasons, 1974 and 1975.
He had three sons named Cory, Josh, and Erick with his wife Mikey. He suffered a heart attack while driving.
He played with goaltender Ken Dryden in the 1972 NHL All Star Game.
