ABOUT RICO DOWDLE

Professional tailback that earned his first NFL contract with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2020. Prior to his NFL career, he played college football at the University of South Carolina and was named to SEC All-Freshman Second Team.

He was considered a three-star prospect while at A.C. Reynolds High School. As a senior, he was invited to the North Carolina Shrine Bowl.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Los Angeles Rams during week one of the 2020 regular season.

Growing up, he lived with his family in the Asheville, North Carolina area. He later moved to South Carolina.

He is a former South Carolina collegiate athlete just like Deebo Samuel and Jadeveon Clowney .
