ABOUT RINA LASNIER
Canadian poet who was honored with many titles including the Prix David in 1943 and 1974 and the Lorne Pierce Medal in 1974.
She went to Collège Marguerite Bourgeoys and the Université de Montréal.
She also wrote several plays including Féerie indienne in 1939.
She grew up in St-Grégoire d'Iberville, Quebec with her family.
Like her, Francois-Xavier Garneau is a poet from Quebec.
