ABOUT RITA FERRO RODRIGUES

Journalist and TV presenter who is best known for hosting and directing programs on the Independent Communication Society such as Morning Company and SIC News. In 2018 she launched online magazine Paper Elephant.

When she was 16 she began presenting the children's news program Diario Diário on RTP 2.

She studied law at Pontifical Catholic University and social communication at the Autonomous University of Lisbon

She married Ruben Vieira in 2007. They had a son, Eduardo, in 2010. She has a daughter, Leonor, from a previous marriage with journalist Daniel Cruzeiro.

In 2014 she cofounded the feminist website and platform Capeze with Iva Domingues .
