ABOUT ROB NELSON

Famous as an anchor for WABC-TV (New York) and as a co-anchor for the ABC programs America This Morning and World News Now, he also briefly worked for the New Orleans CBS affiliate WWL-TV.

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he was employed by New Orleans, Louisiana's Times-Picayune newspaper.

He has amassed over 10,000 Twitter followers.

He was born and raised in southern New Jersey.

He and Diana Perez co-anchored World News Now and America This Morning.
