Singer who went viral with the track "Leeuloop," which was used in a popular Vodacom commercial in which he can be seen dancing alongside a crew of backup dancers. The song went on to win numerous accolades and be played at sporting events throughout South Africa.

He attended the Afrikaans high school Hoërskool Strand before graduating from the Tshwane University of Technology in 2002.

The success of "Leeuloop" led to him being cast in films like Jakhalsdans (2010) and As Jy Sing (2013).

He has a sister named Annerie.

He appeared with rugby star Naas Botha in the musical As Jy Sing.
