ABOUT ROMARIO SHEPHERD

Veteran all-rounder and athlete that has played for the Guyana and West Indies men's national teams during his professional career. In the year 2018, he signed a multi-year deal to play for the Guyana Amazon Warriors. He stands 6'3" tall.

He first began playing cricket as a teenage boy coming up. At the age of 22, he was invited to play for the Guyanese men's national team.

He made his official international team debut with the West Indies while playing against Team Afghanistan on November 6, 2019. The match took place exactly 20 days before his 25th birthday. He has also played for the Sunrisers Hyderabad and the Joburg Super Kings during his professional club career.

He grew up living with his family in Georgetown, Guyana.

He is a professional cricketer just like Virat Kohli .
