ABOUT RON ROLSTON
NHL coach who took over the Buffalo Sabres in 2013 after serving as coach of the club's affiliate team the Rochester Americans from 2011 to 2013.
He played 3 years of hockey at Michigan Technological University.
He replaced longtime Sabres coach Lindy Ruff in the middle of the 2012-13 season.
His younger brother Brian Rolston played in the NHL. He has two kids: Maeve and Ronan Rolston.
He began coaching All Star winger Thomas Vanek on the Buffalo Sabres in 2013.
