ABOUT ROSALYN DANCE

Politician and member of the Democratic party who became a member of the Virginia House of Delegates in 2005, representing the 63rd district.

She was a nurse, and was raised in the Baptist faith.

She was the mayor of Petersburg from 1992 to 2004.

She has two children with her husband, Nathaniel A. Dance, Jr.

She served in Virgina's House of Delegates when Governor Bob McDonnell was elected in 2010.
