Rosario Murillo

ABOUT ROSARIO MURILLO

Former member of the National Assembly of Nicaragua that served in office from the year 1984 until the year 1990. She is also a former First Lady of Nicaragua. In January of 2017, she was elected to be the Vice President of Nicaragua.

While growing up, she attended the Saint Teresa's Academy. Many years later, she attended the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua.

She was featured the 2019 Netflix drama Exiled. Unfortunately, the documentary is talking about the life of her daughter, Zoilamérica Ortega Murillo. A polyglot, she speaks Spanish, English, Italian and French. She also reads German. Murillo is Roman Catholic with strong Marian veneration.

She got married to her husband, Daniel Ortega , in the year of 1979. Together, they have seven children.

She is a famous politician just like Donald Trump and Giorgia Meloni .
