ABOUT ROSIANNA SILALAHI

Indonesian news anchor and journalist who is known for her work on Kompas TV and the TVRI network. She is also known for having served as the Editor in Chief of Liputan 6 on SCTV and received the Indonesia Journalist Board award in 2004 for her work on the Kotak Suara program.

She attended the University of Indonesia and studied within the department of Japanese Literature. She earned her BA and started working at TVRI. She then moved to Liputan 6 on SCTV in 1998.

She is known for having won the title of Favorite News / Current Affairs host at the Panasonic Awards in both 2004 and again in 2007.

She was born and raised in Belitung, Indonesia and married Dino Gregory Izaaj in July of 2005.

She is known for having interviewed President George W. Bush at the White House in 2003.
