Fashion designer and entrepreneur who's known for creating the fashion brand Rosita Hurtado and Rosita Hurtado Bridal. Her work has been featured in New York Fashion Week, Miami Fashion Week, and Los Angeles Fashion Week.

She graduated as a fashion designer from the Dominique Atelier School and obtained her master's degree in Brazil at the Yocanda Atelier. She studied industrial pattern making in London and attended the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.

She received the Golden Needle Award in 1995 in Ecuador.

She married Daniel Lewkowicz in 1994. She has lived in Miami with her children, Roni, Romina, Daniela, and David.

Her designs have been worn by Eva Longoria , Lucia Mendez , Lupita Ferrer , Gloria Trevi , Ximena Duque , and more.
