MLB pitcher who won 201 games during an 18-year career that included a no-hitter on April 15, 1915.

He was discovered playing baseball as an amateur in Cleveland and was later signed.

In 1912, he won 19 decisions in a row.

He married three times and had one son, Richard Jr.

He played with Hall of Fame pitcher Christy Mathewson on the New York Giants.
