ABOUT RUDY TOMJANOVICH

5-time NBA All-Star forward who played for the San Diego and Houston Rockets from 1970 to 1981. He won back-to-back Championships as head coach of the Houston Rockets in 1994 and 1995.

He played for the Michigan Wolverines before being selected as the second overall pick by the San Diego Rockets in 1970.

He served as head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers during the 2004-05 season, then became a scout for the team.

He married Sophie Tomjanovich in 1970.

Legendary center Hakeem Olajuwon was the centerpiece in the two Rockets teams that won back-to-back titles.
