Celebrated fashion designer who founded the popular Ruthie Davis luxury brand of shoes in 2006. Previously, she was the Vice President of Marketing and Design for Women's Footwear at Tommy Hilfiger.

She studied English literature and visual arts at Bowdoin College.

She was named the American Apparel and Footwear Association's Footwear Designer of the Year in 2014.

She is the youngest of 6 siblings.

Multiple celebrities have worn her shoes including Lady Gaga and Beyoncé .
