Linebacker who made his NFL debut in 2004 for the Dallas Cowboys.

He played college football at Duke University, where he was a second-team All-ACC selection in 2003.

In 2008 he was investigated by the NFL for an alleged role in a steroid scandal.

He was born in Redington Shores, Florida.

He began his career playing for Cowboys coach Bill Parcells .
