Ryan Girdler

ABOUT RYAN GIRDLER

Australian former rugby league star who played with the Penrith Panthers from 1993 to 2004, winning one NRL Premiership with the team during that time. In 2000, he won the Rugby League World Cup as a member of the Australian national squad.

He was born in Sydney and began his NRL career with the Illawarra Steelers in 1991.

He set the Penrith team record for most points with 1,572.

He married Katja Kremer in 2010. He has a child named Olive.

He won the 2003 NRL Premiership with the help of Luke Lewis .
