ABOUT RYUHEI MARUYAMA

Japanese musician and actor who has gained fame as the bassist for the idol group Kanjani Eight. As an actor, he has appeared in a number of Japanese TV dramas, including Boys on the Run and Strawberry Night.

In 1996, he successfully auditioned for a spot in Johnny's Jr., a division of the Johnny & Associates talent agency.

He has worked as a morning show co-host for Kansai TV.

He is from Kyoto, Japan.

He has performed alongside You Yokoyama in Kanjani Eight.
