ABOUT SAAGAR GUPTA
Award-winning screenwriter and film producer that is best known by his work in the 2018 drama film Evening Shadows. He has also gained recognition from his work in Breaking Free and Yours Emotionally! In 2023, he began writing and producing a documentary named A New Dawn that showcased the life and struggles of Indian LGBTQIA+ members.
He first began working in the film industry back in 2003. His first film project was tilted Gulabi Aaina.
Due to his amazing work in the drama film Evening Shadows, he was named 'Best Director' during the 2022 Uruvatti International Film Festival. In total, the film received over 24 different awards.
He was born and raised in Meerut, India.
He worked alongside Mona Ambegaonkar in the drama film Evening Shadows.
