ABOUT SAI DHANSHIKA

Award-winning Tamil film star whose notable roles include Peranmai (2009), Aravaan (2012),  Paradesi (2013), and Kabali (2016). She also joined the cast of the multilingual films Kitna and Vaalujada in 2017.

She first began acting in 1996, though she didn't earn her breakout role in Peranmai until 2009.

In 2013, she won a Vijay Award and a Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Paradesi.

She was born in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India. In 2025, she began dating Indian producer Vishal.

In her film debut Peranmai, she starred opposite Jayam Ravi .
