English journalist best known for her longstanding career with BBC. She's been a sports reporter for BBC North West Tonight, BBC News, and BBC Weekend News.

Her first media role was as a braodcast journalist at BBC Radio Merseyside.

She's covered notable sporting events such as the 2002 Commonwealth Games and two FIFA World Cups in Germany and South Africa.

She comes from an athletic family with a father who played rugby and a mother who was a tennis coach.

She's co-presented on BBC Breakfast with Bill Turnbull .
