Sam Abrams
ABOUT SAM ABRAMS
American poet and academic known for The Old Pothead Poems, Barbara, and other works.
He graduated from Brooklyn College and the University of Illinois.
He taught literature at the University of Athens and at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
His family lived in Brooklyn, New York at the time of his birth.
He co-wrote a collection entitled Book of Days with author Paul Blackburn .
