ABOUT SAM BACHMAN

MLB relief pitcher that was taken with the ninth overall pick in the 2021 Draft by the Los Angeles Angels . He previously played college baseball at the University of Miami, Ohio. During his junior season, he earned first team All-MAC honors.

He is a graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School. While there, he played two years of varsity baseball.

He's the first player in Miami's program history to be drafted in the first round. He's actually the highest drafted Angel since Troy Glaus in the 1990's.

He was born and raised in the state of Indiana. He is one of two siblings.

He is a former Miami, Ohio collegiate athlete just like Ben Roethlisberger .
