Sam Pittman
ABOUT SAM PITTMAN
Professional high school and collegiate football coach who was signed as the head coach of the University of Arkansas football team in 2020. He has coached at Arkansas, the University of Georgia , University of Tennessee , University of North Carolina , University of Kansas , University of Missouri , Western Michigan University , University of Oklahoma , the University of Cincinnati and other schools during his 32-year coaching career.
He graduated from Pittsburg State University, where played defensive end from 1980 to 1983.
He started his first coaching job in 1984 at Pittsburg State University as a graduate assistant.
He is a native of Oklahoma.
He coached Jake Fromm while on the Georgia Bulldogs' coaching staff in 2017.
