ABOUT SAM ROBERTS

Professional defensive end that was drafted by the New England Patriots during the sixth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. He was taken from Northwest Missouri State University. In 2021, he was named the NCAA Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Defensive Player of the Year.

He is a graduate of Waynesville High School in Waynesville, Missouri. While there, he played both defensive line and offensive line.

He made his official NFL debut playing against the Miami Dolphins during week one of the 2022 regular season. His team lost the game 20-7.

He is a native of Waynesville, Missouri. Growing up, he lived with his parents, Samuel and Tanya Roberts.

He was selected during the 2022 NFL Draft just like Chris Olave .
