ABOUT SAM TAMIMI
Award-winning chef and restauranteur who rose to fame as one of the minds behind the pastry chain Ottolenghi. He also co-authored the cookbooks Jerusalem: A Cookbook and Ottolenghi: The Cookbook.
He moved to London in 1997 to begin working as a chef. He began his career running the kitchen at Baker & Spice.
Known on Instagram for sharing tantalizing food photos, he has earned more than 150,000 followers.
He grew up in Jerusalem and later moved to Tel Aviv before finally ending up in London, England. He has one sister.
Both he and Candice Brown began their careers as pastry chefs.
