ABOUT SAM WILLIAM

Veteran defensive lineman that was originally selected as a second round draft pick by the Dallas Cowboys in 2022. Prior to being drafted, he played college football at the University of Mississippi . In 2021, earned first team All-SEC honors.

His first love was actually basketball. He didn't begin playing football until his high school years.

During his final season at Ole Miss, he collected 12.5 sacks which is a single season program record. That very same year, he was named an NCAA All-American.

He was born and raised in the state of Alabama. His son, Sam Jr., was born in 2020.

He was high school teammates with Henry Ruggs III .
