International food artist who is widely known for her elaborate creations as seen on her LeeSamantha Instagram account. She has gained more than 500,000 followers there for her original artistic designs made with food.

She began practicing food artistry with Bento making in 2008. She subsequently posted her first design to Instagram in 2011.

She runs the food-based blog called EatzyBitzy.com.

She has two daughters. She originally began her career as a food artist in 2008 to help her eldest daughter eat healthily.

She once made a Lady Gaga -inspired food creation.
