ABOUT SAMBI LOKONGA

Professional midfielder that signed to Arsenal FC in 2021. He has also made appearances as a member of Belgium's national soccer team.

He began playing soccer professionally in 2017.

On September 27, 2020, he scored his first senior club goal as a member of the Anderlecht Sporting Club during a 1-1 draw against K.A.S. Eupen.

He grew up in the Belgian community of Verviers. Both he and his brother Paul-José M'Poku are professional soccer players. He was born of Congolese descent.

As a member of Arsenal during the 2021 English Premier League season, he played alongside Hector Bellerin and Alexandre Lacazette .
