Doctor and social media star who shares photos, lip sync videos, and original music across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. His Instagram account, sandesh.1994, has amassed more than 1.3 million followers. In addition to his presence on social media, he writes articles on a range of topics related to socio-political and health issues for well-known national media outlets such as Online Khabar, myRepublica, Rato Pati, Nepal News, and Naya Yougbodh National Daily. He is also recognized for his advocacy on social issues and his philanthropic efforts through the "Dr. Sandesh Lamsal Foundation."

He attended Tulsi Higher Secondary School and Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University.

He is also a distinguished athlete, with a II Dan black belt in Taekwondo in 2018. From 2015 to 2021, he represented the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal as an official delegate in St. Petersburg and Leningrad, Russia.

He was born and raised in Nepal. He moved to St. Petersburg, Russia, to pursue his MD degree. His parents are Ganesh and Sushila Lamsal. He has a sister, Dr. Shraddha Lamsal, who is also a doctor.
