Screen actress who rose to the limelight for appearing as the four-year-old version of the titular character in the 1996 family film Matilda , which was based on Roald Dahl 's novel of the same name. In the year 2013, she also joined Matilda castmates including Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman to film Afternoon Tea: A Matilda Reunion for inclusion on the movie's Blu-Ray release.

Her performance as four-year-old Matilda marked her professional acting debut.

She grew up to become a teacher. In March of 2017, a photo of her portraying Matilda became the cover of TMZ's "'Memba Them?!" photo gallery.

She is originally from the United States.

She portrayed a younger version of the role made famous by Mara Wilson in Matilda.
