ABOUT SATISH SHAH
Indian comic actor who became known for his roles in the 1980s sitcom, Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi, and in the cult film, Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro. In 2013 he starred in the films Ramaiya Vastavaiya, and Club 60.
He appeared early in his career in the 1978 film, Toofani Takkar.
He sat on the judges' panel of Comedy Circus, a popular reality television competition.
He was born in Mumbai, India.
He and his contemporary, Ashok Saraf , both became popular Indian actors known for their comedic roles.
