ABOUT SAYAKA KANDA
After recording solo albums titled Doll and
Liberty, Kanda started a music group called TRUSTRICK and released her third album, Eternity. She has released 3 full-length albums with the band. As a voice actress, she is perhaps best known for her work on the animated series Good Luck Girl!
During her high school years in Los Angeles, California, she acted in a Cannes Film Festival Palme d'Or-winning short titled Bean Cake.
In 2014, she dubbed the voice of Anna in the Japanese version of the popular animated film Frozen. She has amassed over 10 movie and TV acting credits throughout her career.
She was born in Tokyo, Japan to actor Masaki Kanda and vocalist Seiko Matsuda . Her grandmother Teruko Asahi also had a career as an actress.
She and Daisuke Ono were both in the cast of the 2008 film Saraba Kamen Rider Den-O The Movie: Final Countdown.
