Film critic who has gained fame for his time reviewing films for Thrillist. A horror enthusiast, he has also worked as a horror, thriller, and sci-fi film critic for Bloody Disgusting and SyFy Wire.

He graduated from Temple University in 1994 with his degree in film and journalism.

He has contributed to Nerdist as a regular film reviewer. He has produced the 2016 film Found Footage 3D and 2019's I Trapped the Devil.

He has called Philadelphia, Pennsylvania his home town.
