ABOUT SCOTTIE SCHEFFLER

Professional Golf Association Tour member who was named the Korn Ferry Tour
Player of the Year in 2019. He was later given the PGA Tour
Rookie of the Year award in 2020. He has amassed over 5 professional wins in his brief career, including the Masters in 2022 and 2024.

He attended the University of Texas where he played collegiate golf from 2014 to 2018.

He won his first professional golf event in August 2019 at the Nationwide Children's Hospital Championship in Columbus, Ohio. In March of 2022, he was ranked as the number 1 golfer by the Official World Golf Ranking.

He is a native of Ridgewood, New Jersey. His father, Scott, grew up in Englewood Cliffs, and attended St. Cecilia High School in Englewood. His mother, Diane (née DeLorenzo), grew up in Park Ridge. His grandfather is a Korean War veteran and he has 3 sisters.

He competed against Collin Morikawa at the 2021 Open Championships.
