ABOUT SCOTTIE THOMPSON
Men's combo guard that began playing basketball professionally in the Philippine Basketball Association in 2015. He was originally taken by the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel during the first round of the 2015 PBA Draft. Since then, he has won seven PBA championships along with two PBA Finals MVPs.
He previously played college basketball at the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA. He attended school there from 2011 until 2015.
He has also played for the Filipino men's national team during his professional career. In fact, he won two gold medals with the Philippines during the 2015 Southeast Asian Games and SEABA Championship.
He grew up living with his family in Padada, Philippines. He now lives along with his wife and their child.
He has been compared to Russell Westbrook of the NBA.
