ABOUT SEAN CASEY

Three-time MLB All-Star first baseman who was nicknamed "The Mayor" for his friendly demeanor. He played for five different MLB teams but is most known for his time with the Cincinnati Reds from 1998 to 2005.

He compiled the highest batting average out of any player in Division I college baseball in 1995, hitting .461 for the University of Richmond.

He was known for starting a conversation with every player that came to first base while he was manning the position.

He has four children with his wife Mandi Casey.

He was mentored by Hall of Fame shortstop Barry Larkin when he began his career with the Cincinnati Reds.
