He was born in Burbank, California, and grew up in a showbiz family.
He wrote, directed, produced, and coordinated stunts for the 2012 short film Catholic Schoolgirl Chainsaw Showdown.
His grandfather, Tom Harmon was a legendary college football player and sportscaster. His brother, Ty Harmon, is a fellow actor.
