Famous for his portrayal of Matty Levan on the British teen series Skins, he is also notable for his role as Wes Stewart in Recovery Road and his recurring role as Alfonso d'Aragona on the series The Borgias.
When he was thirteen years old, he appeared in a short film titled Hangman. During his early years, he also studied vocal music, piano, and clarinet performance.
A stage performer as well as a screen actor, he appeared in the North Walls Arts Centre's productions of Great Expectations, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Henry V.
The youngest child of Elinor Kelly and opera producer Chris de Souza, he spent his youth in Boxford, Berkshire, England.
Early in his career, he appeared in the Nick Ross -hosted television series The Truth About Crime.
