ABOUT SELIM BAYRAKTAR
Actor who has gained fame for his career in Turkish television. He has earned critical acclaim for playing Sümbül Ağa in the Star/Show TV historical series Muhteşem Yüzyıl between 2011-2014.
He was a gymnast as a child. He later earned his bachelor's degree from Hacettepe University in 2000.
He starred in 2006 on the TV series Bir Bulut Olsam. He later played Edip on the TV series Ufak Tefek Cinayetler in 2017-2018.
He is of Iraqi and Turkish descent.
He and Engin Akyurek starred together on the popular TV series Muhteşem Yüzyıl.
