ABOUT SERGEI BOBROVSKY

NHL goaltender who had his breakout season with the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2012-13, posting a .932 save percentage. He won the Vezina Trophy as the league's top goaltender in 2013 and 2017. He signed a 7-year deal with the Florida Panthers in 2019 and he helped the Panthers capture the 2024 Stanley Cup Championship.

He began his professional career with the Russian team Metallurg Novokuznetsk in 2006.

He was never drafted into the NHL but joined the Philadelphia Flyers in 2010. He has accumulated more than 40,000 followers on his sergeibobrovsky Instagram account.

He married Olga Dorokova on August 16, 2011.

He beat out finalists Henrik Lundqvist and Antti Niemi to capture the 2013 Vezina Trophy.
