Indonesian musician, entertainer, artist, performer, instrumentalist, and guitarist who is best known for playing guitar for the rock, alternative, and goth-punk bands +44 and Mercy Killers. He also formerly performed regularly with the musical group The Nervous Return.

He spent his childhood growing up in Jakarta, Indonesia before moving to Rialto, CA.

In the year 2006, he was brought in as a replacement for Carol Heller as guitarist in +44.

He is of Korean and European descent. He is the son of Chong Suk Gallagher and Michael Gallagher. He has a sister named Heather. He is married to Shuripickit Ni' Mannsfield II and adopted their son, William Joseph Mannsfield Gallagher.

He played alongside band members Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker for +44.
